I help my late 1900's peeps age and feel well. For 25 years I've helped people heal — with my hands as a massage practitioner and energy healer, and at scale as the founder of Barbells for Boobs, where one workout in a parking lot became a global movement that raised over $20 million and impacted more than 100,000 lives.
About
In 2009, my 26-year-old best friend found a lump and was told she was too young for a mammogram — come back at 40. She pushed for screening anyway and was diagnosed with breast cancer. So I gathered 60 friends in a parking lot, we did the workout "Grace" — 30 clean & jerks for time — and raised $4,000 for her care. Barbells for Boobs was born.
For 13 years as Founder & CEO, I grew Barbells for Boobs into a global 501(c)(3) redefining the standard of care in breast health — the first nonprofit founded by a woman in the CrossFit space. We impacted over 100,000 lives, raised more than $20 million through community-driven events and partnerships with brands like PUMA, YETI, and ELEIKO, funded 54,000+ screening procedures, and built movement-first survivorship programs reaching women in 8 countries.
Today I've returned to my first calling: State of Zionna, my massage and energy-healing practice. Trained in professional sports massage at Ashmead College in Seattle, I've spent two decades practicing sports rehabilitation, Reiki, and specialized therapy — and I'm currently pioneering an alternative face-lifting technique that promotes natural rejuvenation.
